During the translation process, the most important challenge encountered was: Specialized terminology such as Tears, Cuff, Mesenchymal, tenocytes, tensile strain, tendinous tissue, musculoskeletal, osteoblasts, chondrocytes, decorin. To solve this, I read about the subject, as much as I could because of the stipulated delivery time. For example, I read:
